Tournament Team

What is a tournament team?

A tournament team for chess is a select group of students who learn, practice and compete together. Students will participate in weekly lessons, monthly tournaments, and eventually all together in large competitions.

Our coaches will work with the students as a group, and one on one, to ensure that their understanding of chess is tested and strengthened. From personal coaching by 1900+ class A players, to lectures from International Masters, tournament game reviews, opening repertoire and more, we are going to ensure that our team is well prepared for the tournaments ahead. 

  • Weekly lessons on Monday evenings

  • Once a month tournament on select Thursdays

  • At home studying and practice

  • $25/Lesson billed 2 lessons at a time
